Review Our Salon's Policies
At Lunar Nail Studio, we strive to create a seamless and relaxing experience for every guest. To help us maintain a high standard of service and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies before booking. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guidelines regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and service adjustments so we can continue to provide the exceptional care you deserve. Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can cause schedule changes to happen. We respectfully ask that you give notice at least 24 hours in advance if possible.
- Please cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you fail to do so, there is a 50% charge of the service fee.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours prior or at your appointment time, there is a 100% charge of the service fee.
*No Call/No Show
If you no call/no show to your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
**If you no show two times, you will be denied any future appointments.**
*Late Arrival
There is a 15-minute grace period for any scheduled appointments. If you show up to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment as well as be charged a 50% late fee.
*Kids
We ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless completely necessary; and we do ask that you give notice if you do so. We do not service children 10 years or younger.
**If you remove your card or do not have one on file and cancel or no-show your appointment, you will be required to pay the balance you owe in order to book another appointment.**
